What hosts usually ask us
We're building a guest verification process and working toward liability coverage options before launch — this is a top priority for us, not an afterthought. Until that's fully in place, we recommend keeping your own land/activity insurance current, the same as you would for any guests on your property.
Every guest will book through a verified account, and you'll set your own house rules up front — pets, fires, group size, whatever matters to you. You're never obligated to accept a booking that doesn't feel right, and repeat issues get a guest removed from the platform.
You control your own calendar and pricing, and you only take the bookings you want. We're building the tooling to keep this to a few minutes a week, not a part-time job — and as a founding host, your feedback directly shapes what we build first.
